Shipping/Return Policy​

​BILLING ADDRESS VERIFICATION: If your billing address differs from the shipping address, we will request a photocopy of your ID with the matching billing address to verify your order. This is to ensure the order is not fraudulent. If your billing address cannot be verified, we will have to cancel the order and issue a refund. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

PR0CESSING: takes 3-4 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday- Friday. (If

you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday). 

All Package delivery is with the USPS- Priority Mail.

ORDERS: cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

FINAL SALE: We maintain strict standards for quality assurance. All of our orders have been inspected prior to shipping. Due to the nature of the products all sales are deemed final. Per federal law, the return of unhygienic (USED) hair extensions are prohibited, no refunds or exchanges can be performed, unless we are at FAULT.
